Securing the search engine "Google"
The company sought to secure the search engine "Google" as it is the most used in the world, from harmful links and prevent illegal content, and to enhance the protection provided by the engine "Google" to its users of all age groups, announced the expansion of the SafeSearch feature that prevents the appearance of sexual content to now include the blurring of pornographic images and those that include violence for all users of the site, even if the SafeSearch feature is not enabled in the settings.
Update your password manager
Google also revealed the update of the Google Password Manager built-in "Chrome browser", which helps users create secure passwords and enter them easily on the computer or phone, and in the new update has been supporting the verification of the user's identity by biometric, such as a fingerprint or face as an additional confirmation step before filling in the password, and the biometric fingerprint will be adopted when the user requests to reveal or copy the password, within the Chrome browser on each of the devices Computer and Android phones.
Enhanced Google App protection
Google also announced the strengthening of the protection of users of the Google App on iOS, by enabling the user to protect the privacy settings within the application by the Face ID feature, which protects against changing the privacy settings in the event that the phone falls into the hands of another user.
Virtual Cards Feature
The company also touched on the feature (Virtual Cards) Virtual Cards available for the "Chrome browser" and "Android" phones, which is the feature that automatically generates a temporary credit card number when paying online, so that the number is used only once to complete the payment process by it instead of the original number of the user's card, and this contributes to protecting card details from theft. Google launched the feature last year, but has now announced it will expand it to include support for American Express cards.
